How long will the course take me?
It all depends on you! At a maximum, including your branding and a launch plan you could be up and running within 3 months.
This is why course access expires after 3 months/ 90 days.
I recommend you complete all modules before launching your own service.

Do you offer refunds?
As this is a digital course with downloadable assets, refunds are not possible once you have started the course.
If you purchased the course in error and have not yet accessed any of the lessons, please get in touch for a refund of your full amount minus any processing costs charged by the payment provider to cover both your purchase and the refund. This refund option is available if requested within 7 days of purchase date after which time no refund is possible.

Are there any prerequisites?
The course was initially designed for UK based doulas and caregivers already working in people’s homes, but it already has appeal beyond this audience for those looking to start a side hustle or career change.
It does not cover how to cook so you will already need to be comfortable in a kitchen and preparing food for others.
You will need to register as a food business with your local authority and to register as self-employed. I provide signposting to all of this information within the course to support you on the journey, no matter what stage you are at.
I'm not a doula - Could this work as a career change?
Yes, absoultely! I’ve lived several lives already when it comes to my career.
Batch Cooking can really become what you make it and I outline multiple potential business models in the course, many of which I have trialed for you as proof of concept.
The course is aimed at those currently (or soon to be) working as a doula but the content covers everything you need to create a new business from scratch, regardless of your starting point.
What sort of people will my clients be?
They may be pregnant or you'll cook for them postnatally. Like me, you may expand your offering to families with older children, busy career focused single folk or those experiencing hard times.
From my experience with cooking for clients, whether caring for a sick loved one to recovering from an injury to time poor & stressed, batch cooking serves many!
